Are flights included in the trip price?
At BookingInJordan, we give you the option to book your preferred airline and the most affordable flight connection yourself. Therefore, flights are not included in the trip price.
With whom do I contract when booking?
The travel contract is established between you and BookingInJordan. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us, containing detailed information about your trip's services, itinerary, and terms and conditions.
What is a local travel expert?
This refers to a local tour operator. Local travel experts are employees of the on-site tour operator. They know their country inside and out and have extensive experience in the travel industry. Local travel experts support you with their expertise and insider knowledge to plan your personalized dream trip.
How do I contact BookingInJordan or make an inquiry?

Within what timeframe will I receive an offer from my travel expert?
Your travel expert will provide you with a customized offer within 24-48 hours.
Can I modify or adjust the received offer?
Certainly. You can communicate your modification requests easily in our existing email communication. We will adjust your offer accordingly. This way, your personalized dream trip evolves step by step
How is the payment for my trip processed?
After booking your individually tailored trip, you will receive an email from us with the current offer and the invoice. Payment for the trip is then securely and easily made by credit card. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 10 percent deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance must be received by us 30 days before the start of the journey.
In which currency do I pay?
Always in Euros.
What types of accommodations can I book in Jordan?
The accommodations for your trip are categorized into three different types: Basic (up to 3***), Mid-range (4****), and Upscale (5*****). In the desert (e.g., Wadi Rum), you will stay in camps. Let us know your preferred categories for your trip and what aspects of accommodations matter most to you.
Can BookingInJordan organize a visa for me?
The visa for Jordan is always included for EU passports when booked with us. Our customers receive the visa for free. We only need your passport details, and you don't have to worry about anything else. You will receive a tourist visa upon arrival at the airport after meeting our representative before passport control. This saves you time and money, as a visa usually costs around 50 Euros

Your safety and comfort during the trip are important. Any concerns, doubts, or open questions can be discussed locally at any time. You will receive a local 24/7 emergency number.
